What we are

China Travel Guide is an independent travel information provider and digital guide publisher. We are not a travel agency and we do not sell train tickets, attraction tickets, visas or insurance. All booking links point to official channels or licensed third-party providers, and any contract for those services is between you and that provider.

Use of the site

You may read, print and share our guides for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell or systematically extract our content, or use automated tools to scrape the site, without written permission.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Do not post unlawful, defamatory, infringing or spam content in comments or submissions
• Do not interfere with the operation of the site or its security features

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the points system or post spam.

eSIM and connectivity products

eSIM products are described as international data roaming eSIMs and rely on roaming agreements with operators in your home country. Actual speed, coverage and availability depend on the carrier and local network conditions and are outside our control. Activation instructions are provided at purchase and must be followed precisely.

Membership and points

Pro memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. Points are a promotional loyalty currency with no cash value; they cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and we may adjust or expire them with notice where abuse is suspected.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Digital products (eSIMs and downloadable guides) are non-refundable once delivered, because they cannot be returned. Consultation sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time; unused sessions are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Statutory rights in your jurisdiction always apply.

Community content

When you submit an article or comment you confirm that you own or have permission to use the content, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit and distribute it on the site. You keep ownership of your work. We may moderate, edit or remove submissions that breach these terms.

Advertising

This site displays third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the products and services they promote. Advertisement placement does not constitute an endorsement.

Disclaimer

Guides are provided for general information only and are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Travel regulations, visa rules, prices and opening hours change frequently. Always verify critical information with official sources before you travel, and check your own government's travel advisories.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, China Travel Guide is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the revised version takes effect when published on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
